Bronze tête d’un jeune guerrier antique portant un casque, probablement une représentation du dieu de la guerre Arès ou le héros Achille. Il semble être un prototype non terminé parce qu’à l’intérieur tous les clous sont toujours en place et les trous de la fonte n’ont jamais été remplis. On ce que regarde le sculpteur, l’œuvre est non signée quoiqu’il semble être à l’instar d’Antoine Bourdelle.
Bronze head of a young classical warrior, probably a representation of the god of war Aries or of the hero Achilles. It seems to be an unfinished prototype because on the inside the core pins are still in place and the holes from the casting process have never been filled in. With regard to the sculptor, the work is unsigned even if it seems within the orbit of Antoine Bourdelle.
